PSU 3D printing filament

TECAFIL PSU from Ensinger

Our TECAFIL PSU filament is based on the material polyphenylene sulfone, which belongs to the group of polysulfones. The PSU filament is characterised above all by its high resistance over a wide temperature range. It is particularly creep resistant, heat resistant and retains its toughness even at low temperatures.

Our PSU filament portfolio: Available in food grade variants

TECAFIL PSU filament offers a versatile solution for many applications requiring high resistance to heat and exposure to elevated temperatures. It is an excellent alternative to materials such as PEEK or PEI, particularly in less demanding environments, providing a cost effective option without compromising performance. The ability of TECAFIL PSU filament to withstand high temperatures makes it suitable for a wide range of applications in different industries. From automotive components exposed to engine heat to industrial machinery parts operating in intense thermal environments, this filament demonstrates resilience and reliability.

The base polymer of this filament meets the requirements for food contact according to (EC) No 1935/2004, (EU) No 10/2011,(EC) No 2023/2006 and FDA. Legally binding documents must be requested separately.
