PEEK machining / PEEK CNC

Precision machined PEEK parts from Ensinger

The material PEEK is characterised by high dimensional stability combined with well-balanced mechanical properties. This combination of properties is responsible for the very good machinability of PEEK material. In PEEK plastic machining, high tool infeeds and high feed rates can be used. As a result, PEEK CNC machining is still considered the fastest and most efficient manufacturing process for the production of precision components.
Our team is able to achieve the tightest tolerances and best surface quality by putting into effect the optimised machining parameters in PEEK turning and PEEK milling that we have learned through decades of PEEK material machining experience. This also applies to filled material variations, such as glass filled PEEK.

PEEK materials for machining

We can produce PEEK machined components for a wide range of applications. For this purpose, we have numerous PEEK semi-finished materials from our own production:
TECAPEEK natural
TECAPEEK black
TECAPEEK CF30 black
TECAPEEK GF30 natural
TECAPEEK ST black
TECAPEEK HT black
TECAPEEK TF10 blue
TECAPEEK PVX black
TECAPEEK ELS nano black
TECAPEEK SD black
TECAPEEK CMP natural
TECAPEEK SX natural
TECAPEEK MT natural
TECAPEEK MT blue
TECAPEEK UD blue
TECAPEEK ID blue
We routinely machine PEEK material that is produced internally at our production site in Germany. In addition, we can also machine your external materials on request. To do so, contact us via our contact form.

PEEK CNC machining at Ensinger

Ensinger offers machined PEEK finished parts not only from semi-finished products in the form of plates, rods and tubes, but thanks to our broad processing capabilities, we can also exploit the synergistic effects of these various manufacturing processes. Instead of producing complex geometries with a lot of material waste from classic semi-finished products, a combination of injection molding and machining can be an option. For example, PEEK injection molded near net blanks can be brought to the customer's final geometry by putting the near net shape through a final stage of finish-machining right in house. Customised PEEK profiles and PEEK tubes can also be subsequently machined.
