Thanks to our many years of experience in PBT plastic machining, our team is able to achieve high precision and a high surface quality by optimising the machining parameters in the PBT turning and PBT milling production processes. Ensinger's expertise in CNC machining of PBT includes not only the typical production of components from rods or plates, but also the finishing of injection molded blanks. These blanks are only given their final shape by machining and are are manufactured to tight tolerances that cannot be achieved by injection molding.
