Reprocessed POM-C

TECAFORM AH RP natural (polyoxymethylene (copolymer)) is one of our environmentally friendly alternatives to our conventional TECAFORM AH natural. Made from reprocessed POM-C, this material offers an excellent balance between performance and sustainability. It is produced with a reduced environmental impact in mind, supporting our efforts to minimise our carbon footprint. However, it is not POM recycling, but the reprocessing of POM by-products that are derived from customer returns as part of Ensinger's take-back program.

Like the fossil variant, TECAFORM AH RP natural is an unfilled, porosity-free POM-C copolymer with exceptional physical properties. It impresses with its high mechanical strength and rigidity, low wear behavior, minimal moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability. These properties therefore qualify TECAFORM AH RP natural for a wide range of demanding applications in various industries. In addition, the reprocessed POM material exhibits high toughness and excellent chemical resistance even at low temperatures.

Ensinger produces TECAFORM AH RP in the form of POM tubes, POM plates and POM rods made from reprocessed POM plastic.

TECAFORM AH RP natural is part of Ensinger's "Reuse for Tomorrow" initiative and an important step towards a more sustainable future by conserving valuable resources through reprocessing.
