Products and services of wiredminds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) are used on our website for marketing and optimisation purposes. User profiles can be created by processing this data under a pseudonym. Where possible and appropriate, user profiles are fully anonymised. Cookies may be used for this purpose. The data collected, which may include personal data, is transmitted to wiredminds or collected directly by wiredminds. wiredminds may use information left on the website by visitors to create anonymised user profiles. This website uses Lead Forensics (https://www.leadforensics.com) an IP address-based web analysis service for website optimization and analysis of our Internet content, advertising and lead generation. Lead Forensics uses a small piece of code, which tracks IP addresses visiting our website. The Lead Forensics service collects, tracks and reports to us information that’s publicly available (such as the company/organization and/or ISP associated with a particular IP address), the IP address of the requesting computer, its internet browser and operating system, the date, time and duration of the visit under an IP address, path taken through this Website, clickstream information and the web pages visited. e) Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a website analysis service of Google Inc. (www.google.de). Google Analytics uses "cookies", text data which is stored on your computer and enables your use of our website to be analysed. f) Contact form

You can use our contact form to send us messages and questions. The data you enter in the contact form is initially transferred to Ensinger GmbH in Germany. Then your data is transmitted to the appropriate company of the Ensinger Group to address your concern. Afterwards it is deleted. We only use your data to respond to your contact inquiry.

You are not contractually required to provide personal data when you contact us. However, please note that we cannot address your inquiry if the information marked as such is not provided.
To address your inquiry your data is stored until the inquiry has been completely processed, for a maximum period of six weeks, then it is deleted. This does not apply to data which is required for invoicing or accounting purposes; in Germany, storage of this personal data is based on section 257 German Commercial Code and 147 German Tax Code.

The data you provide is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1b) GDPR.

g) Newsletters and press distribution list

aa) If you have granted consent in each case, you subscribe to our insulbar® or our Thermix® newsletter or our impulse magazine, or you are on our press distribution list. In our newsletters, the impulse magazine and press releases we inform you about our goods and services in the area of plastic solutions on a regular basis.

bb) We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to subscribe to our insulbar® and Thermix® newsletters, impulse magazine or our press distribution list. That means that after you have subscribed, we send an email to the address you provided asking you to confirm that you would like to receive our insulbar® or Thermix® newsletter, our impulse magazine or our press releases. If you do not confirm your request within four days, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after six weeks. We also save the IP addresses you used and the time of registration and confirmation. This ensures that we are able to prove that you registered and clarify any possible misuse of your personal data. Therefore, we will store your email address, your IP address and the time of your registration and confirmation as long as it is necessary to prove your registration and confirmation if claims, in particular civil and/or competition law claims are asserted against us. Based on certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active) Google guarantees compliance with the data protection regulations of the EU, even when data is processed in the USA.

When you access the integrated component Google Maps, Google stores a cookie on your device via your web browser. Your user settings and data are processed in order to display the relevant location and to produce directions. It cannot be ruled out that Google will use servers in the USA.
