It is equally important to us that our customers do not have to supply additional parts or worry about peripheral processes. In line with our aim to be a one-stop shop for our customers, we also process stainless steels and unreinforced plastics. Peripheral processes such as laser marking and printing, as well as laser welding and vacuum hardening, complete our production portfolio. We use coordinate and optical measuring machines for quality assurance. In the best-case scenario, we align our measuring programmes with those of our customers in order to standardise the measuring results.
However, our "One Stop Shop" concept does not start at the manufacturing stage, but at the product development stage. Our experts support our customers during the Design For Manufacturing (DFM) process to keep the time to market of their products as short as possible.
On the regulatory side, we support our customers in the preparation of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents. Quality management according to ISO 13485 is part of the standard as well as FDA registration.
The goal of orthopaedic trauma treatment is to restore a broken bone to its correct position and orientation. When this is done by means of surgical intervention, fixation systems are used to secure the bone in the anatomically correct position. Manufacturers of such internal fixation systems need to meet many and exacting requirements in terms of function, weight and appearance, at the same time as keeping an eye on the overall costs in view of increasingly tight budgets.
