TECACOMP PA66 GF35 CF10 HI 1014744

Heat stabilised PA 66 compound reinforced with glass fibers and carbon fibers

Due to its good mechanical properties, polyamide 66 enables numerous applications, e.g. in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. By adding fillers, the properties can be optimised in a very targeted manner.

TECACOMP PA66 GF35 CF10 HI combines 35 % glass fibers with 10 % carbon fibers. This improves heat resistance and impact strength, as well as strength and stiffness. The engineering thermoplastic is also heat stabilised.

The compound has a low density and can be used permanently up to 110 °C, and for short periods up to 170 °C. With its properties carefully matched to the application, it is used, for example, for the production of piston rods.
