Grey colored PEEK compound with 30 % glass fiber reinforcement

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a high temperature resistant polymer. Suitable for use permanently up to 260 °C and briefly up to 300 °C, the hydrolysis- and hot steam resistant compound is reinforced with 30 % glass fibers. This improves tensile and compressive strength and modulus of elasticity, as well as dimensional stability and creep resistance.  

TECACOMP PEEK 150 GF30 grey is colored grey with mineral fillers and has excellent temperature and heat resistance due to its low moisture absorption. The high performance plastic resists almost all organic and inorganic chemicals, and even acid gases do not bother it.

PEEK 150G as a base polymer has a lower melt viscosity and higher flowability than the standard PEEK 450G. It is therefore also suitable for injection molding thin-walled parts or long, thin sections with complex geometries such as sleeves.
