PPS Composite

Fibre reinforced polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) composites are valued for their high stiffness and strength, as well as their excellent chemical and thermal resistance. The advantageous properties of PPS composites are particularly used in aircraft construction and mechanical engineering. Ensinger offers semi-pregs, prepregs and organosheets made of glass or carbon fibre fabric and PPS matrix. Sheets made of thermoplastic GRP or CFRP are also in the portfolio.
