TECAFLON PVDF RP natural

Reprocessed PVDF

TECAFLON PVDF RP natural is the environmentally friendly alternative to our conventional material TECAFLON PVDF natural. TECAFLON PVDF RP natural consists of reprocessed PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride and thus offers an optimised CO₂ footprint compared to the fossil-based variant. This does not involve conventional recycling, but rather the reprocessing of PVDF by-products that come from returns through the Ensinger Shapes return program.

TECAFLON PVDF RP natural is comparable in its properties to the fossil-based version and stands out with its high density, strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Additionally, it offers very low moisture absorption and high resistance to UV radiation. These properties make it ideal for demanding applications in various industries where stability and reliability under harsh conditions are required.

Ensinger produces TECAFLON PVDF RP natural stock shapes in the form of plates, rods and PVDF tubes made from reprocessed polyvinylidene fluoride. The PVDF plastic material is part of Ensinger's "Reuse for Tomorrow" solutions and contributes to environmental protection through its reduced CO₂ footprint.
