TECAFORM AH EF natural

POM-C bio-based

TECAFORM AH EF natural is a bio-based POM acetal copolymer that is part of our sustainable product solutions. The bioplastic represents an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional POM-C, offering unique physical properties. The biopolymer is suitable as a construction plastic for many different applications in various sectors, from mechanical engineering and food technology to the oil and gas industry. TECAFORM AH EF natural has a lower CO2 footprint and, like the fossil fuel based version, exibits outstanding performance properties. These include high mechanical strength and rigidity, excellent wear behavior, minimal moisture absorption and impressive dimensional stability. Manufactured by Ensinger as a mass-balanced bioplastic, the biopolymer is available in the form of bio POM-C plates, rods and tubes.

TECAFORM AH EF natural is part of Ensinger's "Reuse for Tomorrow" solutions, which includes carefully developed products that contribute significantly to environmental protection through their reduced carbon footprint. Find out more about our bio-based plastics.
